Application Procedure
Kimtech College strives to admit those applicants who are best prepared to benefit from and contribute to Kimtech academic community. Admission specialists will review your application and supporting documentation carefully to assess your overall academic preparation. In evaluating your application, The College will consider the following factors:
- Mean Grade scores achieved in High School.
- The strength of your high school course work
- Grades earned in core subjects depending on the specific programmes in which you are interested.
- Additional information you provided in support of your application.
Before you apply for admission at Kimtech, you are encouraged to carefully consider the various diploma and Certificates programmes available and to meet with an adviser and when you decide Kimtech is the place you want to be. Admission to Kimtech is on a first come first serve basis so be sure to complete your application early.
Whether you are interested in diploma or certificate programmes, you will find that Kimtech has a variety of programmes to chose from in fulfilling your educational and career goals.
Duly filled application forms should be addressed to the Registrar- academic Affairs. Application should be accompanied by copies of relevant academic and professional certificates. Application fee differs according to the level of course being applied for. i.e
Diploma Administrative Fees: Registration Fees Kshs1, 000, T-shit 500/= (Once). Library Fees 1,000/= (Once), Student ID 500 (Once). Examination Fees Kshs 2,500 per Term. Student Union 400/= per year. Certificate Administrative Fees: Registration Fees Kshs1000, T-shit 500/= (Once). Library Fees 1,000/= (Once), Student ID 500 (Once). Examination Fees Kshs 2,500 per Term. Student Union 400/= per year.

Please note: The curriculum offered is approved by Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development; the internal & External examinations are set, administered, moderated and processed by the College and Other External Examining Bodies i.e KNEC ,NITA JP among others.
Mode of Study: Full time/Evening/Weekend (School Holidays). Learning System followed: Trimester (3 Semesters in a calendar year)
